East End Tree Service Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates eastendtree.com. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. The short version: we use it to reply to you and do the work, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address and description of work that you enter. If you call or email us, we have whatever you choose to tell us.

What we do with it

  • Reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit
  • Prepare and send you a quote
  • Carry out and invoice for work you book
  • Keep records we are required to keep for tax and insurance purposes

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.

How form submissions reach us

The quote form is processed by a third-party form delivery service which passes your submission to our email inbox. Our email is provided by Google. Both process your data on our behalf in order to deliver your message to us.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and Google Ads to advertise our services. These services may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Google account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as is useful for following up. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as required for tax, warranty and insurance purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email EastEndTree@gmail.com or call 416-803-1126 and we will deal with it.
